1. Return Eligibility

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items showing signs of wear or misuse

- If approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via your preferred method (Cash on Delivery refunds will be arranged through direct contact).
- No refund will be provided for rejected returns.
